The first image (which seems blank) has the red map over RGB and the green map over the alpha. The second image has the blue map over RGB and depending on if there's alpha in the image, it's the same map.
I put the respective images in texture remix like so to get the fixed version

Dragon Quest X		 Hey Exalin, thanks for the feedback! Looks like site staff has updated it. Yeah I think at the time I used a combination of wikis (now called the Lightning Luminary in Tact?) and the royal lab description, which was something like 'sacred clothing of a hero who has overcome ordeals and awakened'. I play in Japanese, so I try to keep it brief to avoid goofy translations, but in hindsight probably went a little too safe with just hero. (I think it's the only outfit with hero in the description, but yeah I'm definitely aware she's the hero throughout, haha) I try to reference a variety of sources including Clarity, but for now I avoid using Tact localizations since it's still unclear if those names will 'stick' and yeah there are some odd choices in there, like Rickerd and Peronel. For V6 content, it'll be a while before I get there, but in the meantime I could also help you rip it from your own save file if you want.

Hydra		 Kaos actually felt more of a threat with this thing, especially after all the evil copies of the Water, Fire, Life, and Undead Skylanders are defeated, he gets all of his health back and the Hydra starts to make things harder (unless you have certain Skylanders that can spam projectiles, has an upgrade that can help avoid attacks from the evil copies, or have some upgrade paths that do wonders for the final fight.)

Rosalina		 As of now, BL has nonsensical texture names, so I've named the folders for the shirt/accessory masks after their respective diffuses to make things easier. Now, it's 0x81f1754b_msk instead of Msk_Clt/Acc. Yeah... at first, I'd named the folders the same way Splatoon refers to clothes internally, but then realised that's not very efficient here!
