	That's literally just how square stored them in the files, only the unused texture space is like that, there's also no lost transparency in places that matter, I was confused at first too when I originally ripped this, but through context clues and a little brain power realized what was going on.

	This rip needs to be redone, the uploader obviously did not know what they were doing and the textures are all ruined (scrambled palettes, lost transparencies, lost colors, etc.
