@KoroPSI just swap the texture colors. In other words, turn red to green. As for the letter on the hat, I'm not sure how to edit that.

@LukeTheLPSWolf It's a 2.8x file. Install the latest version of Blender and you can open it.

I kind of enjoy this model more than Sope's. Sope's is really good, but it kind of feels more.. melee-ish? (which is ironic because this is a polished Melee model). But compared to Sope's, this, in my opinion, is better than Sope's.

Here's a render for example:
Posted Image.

Looks almost exactly like it!

This is definitely my favorite model on here, its the most faithful due to it more or less being modelled off an in game model. im currently doing tweaks to it so that he looks more like his early Marioparty counterpart

I think this is the model that appears in the commercial for SM64

It is almost exact, But you didn't need to add the polishing and stuff and the cheeks could be a bit more chubby because that would fix this.

This model is more reminiscent of the one used specifically in certain Mario Party renders, where sope's looks more like the more common general one with chubby cheeks.

i don't see how basing it off the melee trophy somewhat makes it "less accurate"
you are saying "his was made from scratch using heavy reference" like you know for a fact i did not use reference while working on it.
i could name at least a dozen things about both mine and sope's models that are inaccurate.

his was made from scratch using heavy reference, while this is an edited melee trophy

how is it more accurate though.
i dont try to take a jab at his work, i'm just curious to hear your point of view.

He just looks off. Sope's model is a lot more accurate.

how?? You know they didn't actually make renders on the N64 right
Avatar

yeah, it feels a bit too polished for a N64 era model

I don't like this model, he's too smooth looking
