This HTML-based tool allows you to quickly check your own model files for some basic problems. Simply download it, open it in any web browser, and give it one or more model files. This tool does not connect to our website or any other site, so you can even use it without an internet connection. We recommend that you use this tool to check all of your models prior to submission.

This tool will:
• check OBJ, MTL, and DAE files for basic problems, such as texture loading
• describe each problem found and, if possible, how to fix it

This tool will not:
• upload the files to The Models Resource
• modify your files
• determine whether or not texture files exist
• guarantee that the submission is acceptable
