Are you ready for another ridiculous year?

Work has been draining me of my energy this past month, so this update isn't as big as the previous ones. Still, there's a lot of stuff here. There's everything from high-tech robots and weapons with Ratchet & Clank to the fairy-tale critters of Giana Sisters and School of Dragons. There's also stuff from recent popular games like Genshin Impact and the new Five Nights at Freddy's. Be sure to check out the new custom models as well!

For as many models as you see here, we've received almost twice as many submissions since the last update. We are continuing to work as hard as we can, and we thank you for continued patience. If you have a lot of pending submissions, don't forget to test them with the new model checker tool. It will help you catch small issues and might even save you from an embarrassing rejection several weeks later.

Random Tip: All rigged models must at least be available in .dae format. Having a rigged .fbx model and a .obj is not an acceptable combination, since the .obj format does not support rigging. If no .dae is provided, we will have to export one ourselves, which slows us down a lot. If you any pending submissions with this rigged FBX+OBJ combo, we would greatly appreciate it if you could update them. It will save us a lot of time and will help the backlog get done quicker.

Enjoy!

@rveyrand: Correct. Newer-versioned FBX files just won't import in older programs (e.g. 3DS Max 2010, which I use all the time), whereas there's almost always a way to get DAEs exported in one program to work in another.

I think it is due to it being the file format with the most 3D modeling software compatibility (some FBX may not load due to compatibility issues)

Not that I'm arguing, this is a genuine question, but why is DAE mandatory?
