Mario Party 8		 to anyone reading this: to get proper model ripping, you need:
-Quick BMS + Mario Party 6 BMS script (both can be found on quickBMS website)
-Blender 2.49 (unless someone manage to update the python script provided [I just copied the download link])
-the following tool: https://zenhax.com/download/file.php?id=1289&sid=e1c38c33cd75feb1e925c6685c786bf8
(newgamefile folder goes in Blender 2.49 script folder, load after one of the 2 .blend file in blender 2.49 and run the provided script within the .blend

[for texture...I have no ideas yet how to .img --> png yet
