Did his model receive a few tweaks in the second game? I can only remember seeing some gameplay footage of the second game then comparing to the first one, I can only think of his eyes are a little different and the teeth showing up in the first game's cutscenes but not in the cutscenes of the sequel if I'm remembering correctly... @ItsMeGamerAndBDFIer7 Yeah, me too, but with his model from the sequel if there's any differences from it and this model. |

@Star Soul the eye is an attack associated with Crazy Hand. The balloon is an attack that Master Hand uses I think..? But if it hits you the screen will be covered in teal ink. |

Interesting to see they went with the fully-original colors (ie the orange and white bellies for the blue and green ones, respectively, when later ones just gave them lighter versions of the main color). |

I feel like this is the worst assist trophy. Even if the player summons it, it blocks the screen. What if someone ends up self-destructing because of it? |

These do make for some decent low poly character models, although I no longer remember what I needed a low poly model of Vector the Crocodile for. |

Huh. I thought it was more disc or bumper shaped. |
Sep 12, 2019, 2:14 AM | Dolphman | Model: T-Rex |
@WarGrey. Hahaha no. Saurian's T-Rex is way more accurate because the team actually have a degree in paleontology and know their research. Mario's still suffers from "shrinkwrapping" (Literally just slapping skin on the bones and not add any muscle or flesh in between) Along with the same issues Jurassic Park's has. |

why the boy body texture is so low?!!! |
Sep 11, 2019, 7:06 PM | Mimimax | Game: Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games |
Wrong, this game released before Mario Kart Wii. Mario and Luigi's models were recycled from double dash, as evidenced by their face textures, but they have alt. hands, lower resolution body textures no rim light textures and different closed hands geometry, in contrast to double dash. I guess the same goes to Wario, Waluigi and Yoshi, but Peach and Daisy, besides the obvious clothing differences, have a lower poly head, but seem to have the same face textures as DD as well. |

Is there a way to make this an actual model? I've only seen an actual playermodel of Beat in Gmod. (Sorry if I didn't explain this right.) |
Sep 11, 2019, 4:21 PM | xSuperMario64x | Game: Pokémon GO |
I wish the Pokemon models from this game could be uploaded. Unlike the 3DS models, the GO models don't have shadows textured on, and they look more refined. I suppose they'll be the same way in SwSh though, so it might be worth it to wait until then. |

I've always wonder why the mii models doesn't include the head. Do you know where can I find them? |

GMO Files are the most common format, you can find in PSP games, similarly to nsbmd files in DS games. GMO files can be viewed and converted through noesis. You can even recursively batch convert supported files( there is a lot of different formats supported out of the box including FBX, SMD, DAE, as well as some game specific formats like the FF7 PSX battle Models) in it. Sadly Noesis still has no native support for nsbmd files, and there are, to my knowledge no public noesis plugins for the Nitro formats either. I did write a small batch file myself for apicula, that does the convert for me, but I still have to manually convert the textures themselves, if they are stored outside the nsbmd files. I'm using NSBTextractor from 2009 for the textures. While it does it's job, it is annoying having to confirm the prompt for each file. Maybe there is a better way to do this. I also tried to use the extract function of Apicula on the rom itself recently, which actually dumped the nitro files directly(albeit with a lot of warnings. May be related to the most recent build from source though, which added support for detecting NSBCA files itself). So using tinke can be skipped in these cases. |
