Technically, there was an arcade port released on PC in Korea, but yes I agree. I am not sure why it is always absent from Capcom's fighting games collections. The latest Capcom Fighting Collection 2 has other Dreamcast fighting games, including Plasma Sword and Project Justice, but they never include Tech Romancer. I would say it's like Capcom wants to forget the game ever existed, but they did acknowledge Tech Romancer in Street Fighter 6. On the sidewalk, many fighting games are listed, and it's on the list. |
