Make a copy of the eye mesh on the rigged models.
I don't know what the devs did personally

Hey guys, it's your boy Billy. You're probably wondering how I've fixed the eyes for the icons.
First, on one eye you should press that "2" next to the eye material name

This makes a copy of the material
On that material copy, make a copy of the eye texture within Blender

This will be important later.

Change the extension on both of them from "repeat" to "extend"
Change the alpha setting from "straight" to "none"

Now for the second eye, it has to have that material copy, you need that copy of the eye texture (it'll be named "[texturenamehere].png.001")
They should look something like this

Go to the "Settings" tab and set the Blend mode from "Opaque" to "Alpha Blend" on Eye 2

You should get something like this

It's ready now, but now you're wondering why Mater looks like the Mike Wazowski car. Well, that's when you're able to move around the UV maps on the eyes in the "UV editing" tab

@BillyBnMOfficial Talking about the wii and xbox 360 models,they are the same models,but the wii one kinda different,if you put the xbox textures on the wii one it will work fine

I tried ripping from the PC version to verify if these are all the same models, they are but Ninja ripper weirdly can't rip the models in their default position (even though it can get these in default poses just fine with an old Dolphin build)
It was ported by Beenox and idk what the deal is
Since I've been ripping games they developed/ported and it gets them in t poses (Monsters vs. Aliens, Kung Fu Panda, Bee Movie Game)

@sr_shake: Yes. It also works with the Wii version and Race-O-Rama for Wii. Mater-National for Wii is weird as it keeps infinitely ripping unless you try to exit the game at the right time to get all meshes of a character.

Some things to note

The PC, PS2 and Xbox version's models are the same but the textures have specular maps as alpha channels
The Wii version was made by a different team and had higher poly models
I haven't looked at the Xbox 360 version but it's likely higher poly than the Wii version
