Actually, fun fact about Mario in this case:
I looked in the ROM itself for this BIOS, and Mario has fewer textures included with him compared to SM64 and his materials are different.
Usually in SM64's case, Mario's skin, hair and clothes are all colored in via light sources with the textured portions masked from the lighting, resulting in them always being fully lit.
The BIOS version of his model however uses primitive colors with the lighting applied on top of both the colors AND textures, resulting in him being fully shaded with no glowing textures.
It's also worth mentioning that in SM64 Mario's lower right leg has sharp edges marked, in the 64DD BIOS this is fixed. This is also the case with his model during the earliest stages of SM64's development.
In a sense, it's a similar model but not the exact same setup as SM64.
It's also worth mentioning that Mario's skin tone present in retail SM64 appears a lot brighter than on the N64DD System BIOS, which ended up being what was carried over to later games on the N64.
Mario Golf, Mario Tennis, and Super Smash Bros. all have Mario using a similar skin tone to that of what Link and many of the Hylian NPCs in Ocarina of Time used, just something I thought I'd share.

@Luigi2ndplayer i don't need to rip mario. Mario is already ripped in sm64. Besides, even if i did rip mario it would get rejected cause it's already been ripped. You don't need mario from this rom.
