	He's the main producer/exec. producer of the game. He does whatever he wants. But it's kinda pointless anyway, bacause the rejected design only appears at the very end of the game as a drawning. Also, I made some research, and it was the fans who actually wanted her to be the villain, due her resemblance to Dr. Wily (the whole "Call D-pository" thing), Comcept saw this and made her the final boss.

	And then the ending reveals her restoration is just the rejected Call (Version D) design. How much you reckon Inafune was butthurt over the results, he made it the final boss?
