Any advanced image editor can do it, but I made a custom program called Texture Remix for exactly this purpose.

So how do you run the alpha channels to separate textures?

@TheLEGOGamer: The transparency is because for whatever reason Nintendo made the specular textures for the models as the alpha channels instead of separate textures (which are split accordingly in this upload).

That's weird, when I found the model on the game's files, the textures were transparent and sometimes overlapped each other, what gives?
