I'd always like to think of them as "Proto-Ditto" well, didn't Pokemon have certain things that came from the Earthbound/Mother series? But at least Ditto isn't worthless though... |

@CaramelPuffpuff those are levels of details (or LODs for short). it is used in most 3D games for rendering: the farther you are from the object, the lower its polycount will be, to ease GPU process. |

I liked the touchscreen controls in those games... ...and those games alone. That is like the only way to do a full touchscreen-based game. The main case I can think of it going horribly bad is Wario: Master of Disguise, which was mainly du to the amount of switching between and treasure chest minigames. |

I don't think those are statues... Interesting thing about that planetoid, though, is that looking at in in 1st-person view at certain angles seems to make it disappear or teleport. I have no idea why it would do that, other than to have it be visible in different parts of the galaxy, perhaps. |

Interesting. I was looking through Mario Galaxy 2 last night, and noticed that in chompworks galaxy, there's a row of chomp statues on a small planetoid that look very similar to this model (the material/texture) |

Peardian, all these new EB models are absolutely gorgeous. If somebody told me that these are from a leaked Earthbound remake I found have believed it in a heartbeat. I am absolutely blown away with the quality of these, just wow. |

Thing is "Donketu" is actually based off Bully's Japanese name, so there was probably some intent-switching before it was scrapped entirely. |
