Trinity (True Form)		 He's the main producer/exec. producer of the game. He does whatever he wants.
But it's kinda pointless anyway, bacause the rejected design only appears at the very end of the game as a drawning.
Also, I made some research, and it was the fans who actually wanted her to be the villain, due her resemblance to Dr. Wily (the whole "Call D-pository" thing), Comcept saw this and made her the final boss.

#037 Vulpix		 @Slenderquil I know this is really late and you probably know this now, but one way you can open this model is with Blender. However, when the model is opened, the .dae file must be imported and then you must add the textures on the model yourself.

I was just about to download this model myself.
