Uh... It's actually meant to be the original Koopa Copter from Super Mario World
and a mix between the Mario Maker version. the name was from the True English
translation from Japanese, but It became widely known as the "Clown Car" from
it's appearance and the West not knowing what else to call it to truly identify it.
It worked for marketing and gathered interest with the talk about it and the game
for it's time. [It's not complete Fact but know that it is a given reason]
I was going to add more parts to it like items and objects from the game but didn't get
around to it. Oh and the Junior one has arms and fists attached, and is a little smaller.
No plans on releasing that version for now. I hope you all enjoy what's is available here.

I'm thinking of combining the models and textures from both the "classic" and "modern" Postal Dude pages.
They use the same body type and the only real change with them is a new head that has been around since Apocalypse Weekend and a different body texture.
I'll leave this to the staff though
