It makes sense why Mallow never got a doll.
Mario is well known in the Mario world. Same for the Princess and Bowser. It would've made more sense having a Luigi doll if anything. Mallow was a nobody before this game so no one would've made a doll for him. Geno only had a doll as he was meant to just be a generic doll. No one known and no one special. A star that took over the doll and controlling it.
