@Electropolitan there is also a debug menu in the Japanese version where you can view the character models and there might be a way to rip them.

Can't wait to get the Machines
Apr 16, 2019, 11:45 AM
It makes me happy to see this game's characters getting ripped.
Mar 22, 2019, 10:11 PM
@Electropolitan Thank you! You are a Godsend!

As it's been almost 7 months since I've submitted models for this game and have yet to receive a response, I've decided to extract and upload about every model in GX. Machines, Racers (Low & High Poly) and Courses are all here -!EegnEKZS!IgFKozFX0y1yrT3HGyslUA

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to message me. I'll respond faster if it's through Discord, Electropolitan#3750 is where I can be reached.

@GW8 In most cases they're in separate file directories. However, Sand Ocean is pretty mixed. Using this tool will allow you to extract it.

How do you rip the tracks separate from the environment and backgrounds?
Nov 13, 2018, 6:31 AM
@CashmereNoh here ya are. The chara folder are the actual in-game files. tpl are textures, gma model. The model folder is what I exported. the motion folder puts everything together. Idk how to implement the script onto him. The lowpoly models do not need a script.

Yo, anyone got the character model rips or how I can rip them? I'm looking to edit the Blood Falcon model.
Nov 6, 2018, 2:35 AM
Heh, I don't think I'd be doing any competing. I'm keeping my worlds unlisted.
Nov 4, 2018, 5:01 PM
Heheh. May the best world creator win!
Nov 2, 2018, 9:47 PM
Heh, that's actually why I'm using these models. Quite interesting to see someone else doing it too.

Hopefully we can get some Machines by themselves and more maps/backgrounds. I want to make some of these playable maps in VRChat.
Oct 13, 2018, 7:31 PM
@XiconDestoroyah Yeah, I've submitted some in late July. Takes some time for them to get approved.
Sep 29, 2018, 5:52 AM
Is there any chance we can see more of these in the near future? I really do like the tracks that were added. If not, I understand.
Sep 2, 2018, 10:15 AM
@Electropolitan I suppose Ninja Ripper will do to separate the characters from the machines. I'm so happy my models got uploaded last week.
Aug 5, 2018, 4:54 PM
@BigBellies I've got no clue if it'll help, but it's worth a shot. Is it possible to separate them with this tool? With the machines I see it working out.
Aug 5, 2018, 5:24 AM
Um, hypothetically speaking, what if there was someone (i.e probably me) who used Ninja Ripper to get the model meshes and merged them together?
Jul 26, 2018, 6:38 PM
The rigging files are probably here, in the motion folder of each character - They're mta or skl files. I'm not sure how to open them, and I can't find much info on Google about them. I can (maybe) upload lower poly models of all the characters -
Jul 24, 2018, 2:53 AM
The body parts of the racers are probably positioned by the rigging somehow. Ocarina of Time 3D has a similar problem. I won't accept any submissions if the parts have been manually re-positioned, because it won't be accurate. The best course of action is to figure out the rigging format of the models and use that to put everything in place.

@Electropolotqn If it’s okay with you, could I have a look too? I got the models of Jody Summer, Kate Alen, Mrs. Arrow, Princia Ramode (which is being submitted as we speak), and Lily Flyer.
Jul 24, 2018, 12:03 AM
@sorapapu It does, but they appear pretty janky. It looks like a script puts them in the proper position. You're welcome to try and fix them yourself. I can send you the character models.
Jul 23, 2018, 3:00 AM
Darn it's a pity this game doesn't have rippable character models.
May 24, 2018, 10:35 PM
Submitted Princia Ramode.
Apr 17, 2018, 5:16 AM
@Carpaccio Yeah we can, but they're pretty strange. I'll try uploading some.
