Something wrong with the bone orientation on the hands. All of the bones are pointing to the back of the hand making animation impossible

@You Gotta be Joshing me I fully agree on you for this When Forces came out the color Palette Was More Similar To The Sonic 1 Japanese Artwork For JPN & PAL. This model has its Texture Problems i mean alot of it, Like the colors being over the brightness of the orignal artworks

IMO I don't really like this model, it makes Sonic look too much like a baby and not like his actual self. If we ever get a 3rd modern game with Classic Sonic, they had better model him after either the Sonic 3 sprite or the Toei/OVA design, I can tell they were going after Sonic 1 and some early Japanese artwork, but that was before Sonic's persona was fully realized.
