fun fact: Dr. Scarlet is the only Mii to show her stomach (seen if you remove her lanyard in her model) and to show... cleavage. i uh, don't know why they did this to a Mii, especially in an officially licensed Nintendo game, but i guess with the 3DS's small screen, it would be hard to notice in-game, even with a 3DS XL.
