	I simply went with MKWiki, describing these as "referee's", since the game's internal name is simply "JugemObj".

	A Google search says that he should be called "Flag Man Lakitu" or "Flag Waver Lakitu."

	No problem =) for those having texturing issues after importing it: Make sure Lakitu's textures are set to repeat mirrored.
