Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach		 I'm very new to like models and stuff, I've only used this site to play around with models and test out blender. I've got a question about the rigging and stuff, at least with chica's model. The model didn't come with a premade rig when I put it into blender, so i thought of just making my own one. However its insanely difficult since the imported model is one big vertex group, aside from the eyes, so if i wanted to add bones to a specific part of the body I'd have to manually select vertices (which is difficult because theres so much underneath and i end up selecting vertices i don't want). I've tried looking at many tutorials but i feel as if my problem is just too specific to find anything about it. Again, I don't know much about blender (so please let me know if i'm missing something!

El Chavo		 Depends on the software, but it usually consists of duplicating the mesh, inverting the normals and using a shadeless black material on it with backface culling on.
In Blender, you can use the Solidify modifier for it.

Genshin Impact		 Since these all appear to be .obj models, they cannot be posed unless you were to add your own skeleton to them. That would not be easy to do as the clothes/hair of these models are complex. You could give it a shot using Blender [whether through the default armature creation tools or an optionable plug in like Rigify].

As an alternative, Mihoyo has released official MMD models of most of these characters, as mentioned earlier in this comment section. Though according to those comments, the MMD models are not identical to the final in-game models. However, they are rigged.

You could import these MMD models into Blender using an add-on called MMD Tools.
