Pyra / Mythra		 The eye pupils have to use a 2nd uv channel, search "uv map" in the node editor, select the 2nd uv for the node, then plug that uv node into the vector socket on the eye pupil texture.

Secondly, in the outliner to the left of the search bar there's a button that says "filter" when you mouse over it. Click on that then turn on the "disable in renders" option [camera icon] which will place a camera icon next to the eye icon. Then you'll have to click on the camera icon for every single mesh you want to hide in the render.
