Looks like the recent update gave me an answer on helmetless Ferham, her hair is actually part of her normal model and is just hidden under her helmet, and is now visible in-game when you use her Christmas skin. Although you can't have her hair out with her normal look, that was not an option for her.

So, knowing that, should the helmetless version of her continue to be listed as a separate model or should it be taken down since her hair is part of her model and not a separate piece/skin?

I think Ferham has always had hair.
It's just not seen ingame.
Maybe a future skin?

I was looking at the models from this game and never knew there was a helmetless model for Ferham.
