	So apparently armature only works on shoes when they're named with "_R" or "_L" at the end, but not if they're named in lowercase. I'd been trying to figure this out for a few days, and this just makes me sad.

	That's exactly what I've been doing with the normal map. By "running the normal map into the height", I meant using the normal map node for the height. Edit: the displacement only really looks better for clothing. The mapping node works for me now. In my defense, you never specified we needed a texture coordinate node running into the vector of the mapping.

	Using the Mapping node works completely fine for me https://streamable.com/hfg9r4 If you followed my description lil bit down there should not be any errors Now to your Normal Map Setup This is not how a normal Map Works Take a normal Map Node, Plug it into the normal socket plug the normal Map into the Normal Map node and make it non color Data This looks better shows lesser errors and is more detailed and not pixelated - i promiss

	Oh well! Lucky I didn't instinctively press ctrl + s. Just a quick note: For objects like hair and clothing, I prefer running the normal map into the height of a displacement node, then turning the scale down to .1 or .2. It gives things, well, displacement, making it look a bit better than just sticking it in the normal slot of the Principled BDSF. Mind you, it is a bit pixelated.

	I've tried the mapping node, but all I get are random bits of the texture. The eyes only appear white or black. There must be a specific location / scale for the texture, but I can't really find the right combination.

	You got it, Gabriel! Color 1 is the skin tone and color 2 is the skin alb. Make sure the fac is set to 1.0!

	there is a easier way to animate the eyes - no strange bone setup needed and you dont need to edit the uvs too just use a mapping node and put it to the texture vector now you can use the location settings of the mapping node to move the eyes

	I got this one! All you gotta do is shove the albedo texture into a mix RGB node. Change the blend mode to multiply, and set the second color to what ever color you want the skin to be!
