@Yan There are limitations to the display in the preview. So, I was convinced. I thought it was possible to read and edit illustrations as long as the file format is adjusted and any software works. It's true, there are games that don't run on the graphics or CPU, even on a PC. I've only done modeling in Blender once before, so it was very helpful for me to learn more about it. Thank you very much. |

nah. I think its rather on point the proportions match the original and the facial features closely resemble what we've seen as well, maybe the mouth is a little bit wide but otherwise it looks pretty good. i mean, as good as early movie sonic can look. kudos to the creator. you made this website just a little bit more cursed. |

like the secret message in the train station or the "Lava Dome Pokemon in Juane Plaza!" or the haunted house with the old guy telling a creepy story. I wish all of that would actually make sense and trigger some side quests but oh well... this is just how gamefreak rolls I guess. |

In the mac preview, the model is never displayed 100% correctly Since Blender only writes down the most important part of the shader and not the complete one You could learn shading language and write the material yourself, but I don't know if it works It would actually be a waste of time |

@Yan This is the first time I've learned that it comes from something called 3DsMax. I have no knowledge of that area at all, as I don't even know how to bring the model from the game. It's only in the last few weeks that I've touched a model like this one... As you can see here, when I show a model in the Mac preview, only certain models lose their textures. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1BI1p2vzK1M7g9DCqxMCqFFmnariFzQDo. I'm sticking with .dae because I want the model to show up in the Mac preview. |

But... it doesn't look anything like what you claim to recreate. Dunno why it was approved, unless it's a joke approval. Because overall it just looks like a parody model. Which is misleading for those waiting for the real deal. If it's not, I genuinely hope you improve your skills and come back to this one later. Best of luck. |

Righto so wtfisthis and I are working together to get the weapons ripped. wtfisthis is getting the files out of the game and I'm fixing problem meshes and textures. If anyone is interested in joining us feel free to PM. Important to note that the rips we're doing are from the PS2 games (using the old PCSX2 snapshot method + TexMod) and won't be 100% perfect and no HD textures, so if anyone decides to rip from the PS3 games, please replace ours with those ones. |

@Yan As I mentioned at the beginning, I need a model to illustrate Splatoon. My goal is to fix the model if I can get it to display correctly. I don't have much knowledge of modeling, so if it's something I can't fix, I'll make time to study modeling. I commented that I wanted to ask if there was a way to fix it if there was someone who knew the cause of the funny display. |
