@Oni-Zero I didn't mean I wanted to play the game itself, I meant that if the game runs on Unity, then there's a way to extract the models with their bones intact.

I would try to rip & submit the Paper Mario stage but given my track record for non-custom models having one thing or another wrong with them every time, I doubt it would be successful, also the environments are completely flattened in their raw format due to in-game being loaded in with an "unflattening" animation. Fixing that manually would probably invalidate the integrity of the model, but not fixing it would make the model be unsuitable for basic use without first scaling it thousands of percents on one axis.

@JJ314 I don't think so, before Sora was confirmed to be the last fighter, I remember someone previously said on this page why Kirby wasn't ripped, and one of the site admins said that it would be hard work, due to all the hats must be included with his model and had to wait until the last fighter is announced.

The RGB stuff can be recreated through a image editing program, so it isn't that bad.

The vertex color is what would really complicate the conversion. For some stuff, the vertex color is used very sparingly and the missing color can be filled in or baked into a texture easily, but some items and pretty much all of the environments, there is little regard given to uv mapping because vertex colors don't use uv maps, so one would have to heavily alter the uv maps for 100+ environmental meshes [for just one area] and even then you'd probably end up with shoddy results.

@Jasper7438 I forgot and mixed up which models used color masking and ones that actually use vertex coloring.
Though I think the pets, items, and locations would be the ones to make the importing process tough when the models are being imported to a program that doesn't do that kind of stuff like Blender can.
